Description
Caroline Mahy has always been passionate about fine pastry and has embarked on an unusual new career. After ten years as a physiotherapist, she achieved her dream by successfully obtaining the CAP Baking and Pastry professional qualification This training led her on to very rewarding internships in well-known companies. In November 2017, she opened her own workshop in Chimay, just a stone's throw from the Grand Place. Macarons are her speciality, but she also offers a range of other very refined products such as chocolate, confectionery and biscuits, all based on raw materials of excellent quality. Opening hours
All year round, from Wednesday to Saturday: from 07:00 to 18:30 and Sunday from 07:00 to 17:30
