Description
This museum invites visitors into the world of the bee, with an active hive on view behind glass as well as the equipment used by beekeepers of past and present. The museum is also a honey farm. It has an apiary that can be visited upon request and it has its own extraction room where the public can see how the first honey is collected. An enthusiastic beekeeper explains the life of bees and how wax, honey, royal jelly, etc., are made. Honey farm products (sweets, jellies, etc.) are on sale here.
