Located in the grassland region of La Botte du Hainaut, L'Etablissement family farm has been processing milk since 2013 in its artisan cheese factory. Thanks to the abundant pastures of the Haute Louvière, their cows produce a milk that is rich in flavour. The pastures are an essential factor that give a distinctive flavour to their raw milk cheeses. The farm is always trying to develop new flavours and their cheeses will seduce you with their unique taste and original recipes. To complete your basket, yoghurts of various flavours and butters are available in the farm shop. Also: eggs, ice creams, crème fraîche, etc.
