From February 1st to May 18th, 2025, the Museum of Photography in Charleroi presents an exceptional program with several unique exhibitions.

The exhibition Studio Stone honors the work of the photographic duo Cami and Sasha Stone, major figures of the 1920s-1930s whose avant-garde images left a lasting mark on the history of photography. Lucie Pastureau, with Elle se fera caresse, invites us into a poetic universe where fragility and strength blend through soft portraits and landscapes. Jean-Marc Wull unveils the Rediscovered Portraits, found in a box of negatives discovered in a landfill in Latin America, bringing forgotten faces back to life. Pablo Briones, in his short film Les Traces, explores the uncertainty and resilience of an undocumented woman in Geneva. Finally, Loredana Marini, with Quartier Jean-Bart Guynemer, offers a sensitive portrait of the memory and transformation of a social housing district.
