Practical information
Description
Anne Gouverneur, a wild cuisine aficionado, invites you to discover edible wild plants, such as wild garlic, hogweed, hedge woundwort and more. As you stroll through fields, you observe, identify and collect what you need to whip up seasonal recipes passed down by our (great) grandmothers or other recipes from your own imagination. We have all heard of nettle soup, but you will find that Mother Nature offers plenty of other tasty treats! A surprising, convivial tasting takes place at the end of the walk. An authentic way to reconnect with nature and discover astonishingly gourmet cuisine.
