Description
Located in the small village of L'Escaillère in the entity of Chimay, the owners make artisanal brews ranging from 7° to 8°, based on ancestral techniques. This is a true passion for the owner, who was already brewing cervoises with his father from a very young age. A small nod to his family can be found in his first beer, which is called “Le Paternel”. Other beers on offer include “La Gratouille”, which is made from nettles, “La Thomassine”, with its spice base and “La Baron”, a blonde beer. The brewery offers tours of the facilities, letting you discover the beer-making process. There are also small gourmet dishes prepared by the owner and a mobile shop with gift ideas.
