Located in the small village of L'Escaillère in the Chimay district, this brasserie makes artisanal brews based on ancestral techniques. Their diverse beers, such as La Gratouille, La Paternel, La Thomassine and more, offer something for everyone. The brewer's indulgence has led the hostess to create the most delicious dishes: Escaillonne stew with Thomassine, stewed chicken with Baron beer, duo of pork tongue with Paternel, terrine with Paterne beer, to name just a few. They also have a mobile store with lots of gift ideas, which moves from the local market to a flea market, etc.
