Practical information
Description
When you step through the door of an establishment that has been granted a “bistrot de terroir” label (to show it is a typically Walloon establishment), you can rely on enjoying a setting that is every bit as warm-hearted and unique as its region. And for a very good reason... not just any old café can call itself a “bistrot de terroir” ! A “bistrot de terroir” should feature at least three regional products on the menu and, for restaurants, one dish made from local produce, pay attention to the quality and origin of its products and promote the wealth of local tourist attractions in conversations with customers.
